TV News

The networks have gone on a script ordering spree:
ABC has ordered four more scripts for four of its freshman series. two from its new TGIF lineup: Hope & Faith and Married to the Kellys; It's All Relative (which paired with My Wife & Kids has been winning the Wed 8-9p hour), and I'm with Her which airs on Tuesdays following 8 Simple Rules.
NBC ordered five add'l scripts of both Whoopi and Happy Family, it's Tues 8p hour.
CBS has ordered six more scripts fo Joan of Arcadia, steadily the #1 drama at 8pm on Friday nights; as well as more for Cold Case, the net's Sunday night 8p drama which has shows promising life.
And even Fox has ordered more scripts - three to be exact - of a series that hasn't even debuted yet: Still Life, scheduled to premiere midseason.
As a reminder, these are the shows the nets had previously announced received full season orders: Las Vegas (NBC), All of Us (UPN), Eve (UPN) and The O.C. (FOX).

And on a personal note, because I a big fan of both Smallville and Angel, the ratings were reports as:

"WB in the A18-49 demo, was fourth for the night, ahead of CBS' 8-11p avg. Additionally, WB's Smallville at 8pm was #2 only to baseball among A18-34 (3.6/11). "
