There's a strong possibility that 'Bass is no longer diabetic. Here's hoping. He's been off the insulin for over a day, yes, I know that's not a lot of time, butthe time between doses gets longer and longer and that's a good thing. He's been to the Vet every day now for the last three days. They're closed today, but the Doc is checking his messages, so we don't feel too stranded. Yes, it's costing me an arm and a leg, last weeks total is a tad under a $1000.00. I toyed with the idea of asking for assistance from a group that helps families with diabetic cats, but I always figure there's someone else that needs it more. I still have food on the table and in the pet dishes.
