Hardy - I'm so tempted to go and adopt this one myself

Now my soapbox or PSA - there are many, many wonderful dogs like these to be found on Petfinder or at your local shelter. These guys, along with 5 puppies that went to a local rescue, all made the trip from a high kill shelter in North Carolina to NJ and then the 3 pups you see here continued on to Massachusetts the next day after spending the night with us. They were wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better bunch and considering how I got sick last night, a fever that possibly could have been from ramming my head into the car door yesterday, I'm not really sure, but these pups seemed to sense that they needed to take it easy on me last night and they were exceptionally well behaved and affectionate.

If you're considering a dog for yourself or your family, why not try a shelter pup? Why get a puppy that looks like everyone else's or if you prefer a purebred, they are plenty of those to be found in the shelters too. Take a look, ya never know who you might fall in love with.

And yes, these guys are up for adoption right now.

I'd appreciate it if anyone that does drop by here would add a link to this post because I'd like as many people as possible to see how adorable these puppies can be. Their shelter pictures weren't all that flattering, but as you can see, when they are in a home environment and get to relax a bit, they're adorable. Thanks!
