The 2nd annual Pet A Palooza pet adoption day will take place on Saturday, October 2nd, 2004, live from Windward Beach Park in Brick from 10 am to 3 pm. Many animal shelters, humane societies and rescue groups will be on hand to help you meet your new best friend. Some of the additional activities throughout the day will include, the petable animal pen from the Ocean County 4H Club, pet training demonstrations, safety tips and meet the Brick Township K9 Unit. The popular "yappy Hour" is back again as well, brought to you by Lawes Heating and Cooling serving Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Admission is free and pets are welcome.
