An Oscar update - after much poking and prodding, it seems that Oscar may have Giardia
I'd appreciate it if everyone would say a little prayer for him, he perked up a bit when we got home, he;d had a shot and some pills and he's on limited food and water, but I was very pleased that he actually ate something and had a little water. The water came back up, but the food has stayed down.
I had fears about diabetes - it was reassuring though when we ended up in the room at the vet's that had a picture of our Sebastian in there. Sebastian passed away from diabetes, we miss him a great deal and I used to cry when I'd end up in that room, but not anymore, I feel good that he's there watching and his picture is in teh room with the sun shining in,
Well, here's where we spent the last nine days, sleep wise anyway.

Most of our time was spent in front of the fire, reading, as you can see my son doing here.

But, the tale really begins and I suppose ends, here, at my favorite bridge that takes you to the island and dumps you back off again when you're foolish enough to want to leave this paradise.

There was fog -

and sunshine

and woods

and mushrooms?

and wild cranberries

and rocks

and chip squirrels

and beautiful sunsets

and "family"

and even an old beau (no picture)
As soon as I get more organized (ha!) I'll post some more pictures and stories of our trip, as always, Maine is God's country and touches my very soul each time I go there.
Being the BIG Disney fan that I am, I've decided to become an affiliate over at The Laughing Place -
Yes, I get a small commission, but the big boost for me is that I even get commission on what I buy! Wahoo!! :) But, if you're a Disney fan, please check out the store via my link, They even have some neat new Disney "stuff from the newest Disney park.
Thanks :) (Hey - I've got *lots* of mouths to feed around here!! LOL!)
